The Tarvin Community Woodland Trust offers several ways for community members to participate in preserving and enhancing the woodland:

Volunteering : Local volunteers meet every Thursday morning to perform tasks such as grass mowing, brush cutting, hedge trimming, and creating dead hedges. These efforts are crucial for the upkeep of the woodland. Interested individuals can join by contacting the Trust via email.

Friends of Tarvin Community Woodland : By setting up a regular donation, supporters become 'Friends' of the woodland, contributing to its ongoing maintenance and development. This initiative fosters a sense of community ownership and ensures the sustainability of the woodland.

Annual Plant Sale : Held every May, this event invites community members to donate plants they've cultivated and purchase new ones for their gardens. The sale not only raises essential funds but also strengthens community bonds.

Donations : Financial contributions, whether regular or one-off, support various projects, including maintenance and environmental education programs. Regular contributions can be made by setting up a Standing Order directly with TCWT – go to 'Friends of Tarvin Community Woodland' link. One-off donations can be made easily through the Trust's JustGiving page – go the the Donate button at the top of any page.

These opportunities enable individuals to actively engage with and support the conservation efforts of the Tarvin Community Woodland Trust.
