This woodland is created by the community for the community so it is vital that we maintain a two way communication between the trust and the people who make up the community. Other than specific grants for individual projects the whole thing is funded by the community, so we hold two regular fund-raising events each year.
In May there is a Plant Sale and in October we hold a Coffee Morning. At each of these, people can come and meet the Trustees and Volunteers.
Prior to each event we distribute an invitation to each house in the village and that includes a newsletter report on progress and future intentions. Below is a series of links to current and past newsletters.
