As part of Taylor Wimpey’s Saxon Heath development on Tarporley Road there is an area alongside the by-pass that will become part of Tarvin Community Woodland. Phase one has been planted and when the first phase of the estate is completed, it will be handed over to the Tarvin Community Woodland Trust for management. It doesn’t look like a woodland yet but remember that it has taken 30 years for the existing woodland to be the way it is, so be a little patient.
